If you are between the years of 15 and 25, you can apply for the Discovering Young Leaders Programme from the CARICOM Youth Ambassador Program. The DYLP starts on the 5th of August, and goes for 7 weeks. The application deadline is the 30th of June. The Commonwealth Youth Programme is celebrating 40 years of youth development this year.
